<p><em><strong>General situation of Chinese enterprise:</strong></em> State-owned Rugao Dyeing and Weaving Mill is a

building area. Now it possesses a whole set of dyeing machines and 277 sets of big and small
jacquard and weaving machines. The technical personnel account for 15% of the whole staff. Its
main products are large decorating jacquard and yarn-dyed clothing materials, 70% of which are
sold to Japan, Russia and the United States. The annual sales is $5.2 million.
